We're committed to sustainability and creating products that are designed to last a lifetime. Our process always start with the same simple question - "what is the function of this piece?". Once we can answer that, then we move to design.
We use modern Computer Aided Design (CAD) software which allows us to visualize and experiment with our designs with minimal prototyping waste. Once a design is finalized, our CAD program allows us to maximize the layout and orientation of the piece in order to minimize the amount waste from any given product run.
All of our products are manufactured on our Avid CNC machine, which allows us to manufacture our products with extremely close tolerances.
Our core material is the same with every piece we build - baltic birch plywood. We work in plywood because it is the most sustainable form of wood material on the market. The entire tree is used in the process of constructing plywood - there is no waste.
